Day 1 – The Drovers Blowout Dinner
After arriving in Alice Springs, explore the town at your own pace. Tonight experience the unique ‘Drovers Blowout’ menu. With emu, crocodile, camel, barramundi, beef and kangaroo, it’s sure to provide a taste sensation and an entertaining night to remember.

Day 2 – Watarrka National Park (Kings Canyon)
Journey to Watarrka National Park, viewing the ancient Hugh and Finke River systems. Upon arrival climb and explore the spectacular Kings Canyon. After lunch, travel onto Ayers Rock Resort for your overnight camp and dinner.

Day 3 – Uluru / Ayers Rock – Kata Tjuta / The Olgas
An early start to view the changing light of sunrise on Uluru. Enjoy a base tour, exploring its mysterious rock formations and Aboriginal art sites. Visit to Kata Tjuta to wonder at the spectaclar domes followed by lunch. Return to Alice Springs early evening.

Day 4 – Desert Landscapes – Standley Chasm
This morning you will travel along the West MacDonnell Ranges to Simpsons Gap and Standley Chasm. Enjoy a picnic lunch complete with billy tea at Standley Chasm before heading to the Alice Springs Desert Park. Here you are free to explore this world class nature attraction. See the various desert habitats and witness free-flying birds of prey. Return to your accommodation late afternoon.

Day 5 – Hot Air Ballooning
Your day will begin before dawn with an early morning pick up and transfer to the balloon-launching site. You might like to join in the exciting preparations for flight before drifting into the calm morning sky. Spend 30 minutes floating above the desert landscape before landing and celebrating with a sparkling wine breakfast.
